Junk’Ems has been a lifesaver! We moved a little over a year ago to the country and I never dreamed it would be so difficult to find a reliable trash company. In town, we used AAA and they were fine and they said they’d service our new address so we just transferred our service. After weeks of no pickup we transferred to Heartland who was great for a few months until they were purchased by Republic. We then had more missed weeks than not and went weeks in a row without pickups. So frustrating and we had very limited additional options until we heard about Junk’Ems. We live south of Lone Jack and weren’t sure if they served the area. But the word had traveled fast and there were other customers already in the area so we were able to be added to the route! It seems like a funny thing to be so excited about reliable trash pickup but were so grateful that these guys! And I love being able to support a local small business instead of a large corporation!
